Job Title: Baler Operator
Department: Copy Paper
Location: Burt Street
Wage Category: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Retrieve paper trim from gathering bin
- Place excess paper in compactor
- Assist warehouse supervisor as needed or required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods with frequent bending and heavy lifting
- Ability to withstand hot and cold environment (i.e., winter and summer conditions)
- Ability to operate a baler machine, two wheel dolly and required hand tools
- A background in warehouse operations is helpful but not required
- Must be legally blind. Some vision may be required to properly perform job requirements
