Job Title: Corner Inspector
Department: Copy Paper
Location: Burt Street
Wage Category: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Purpose: Performs general inspection on paper reams for loose wrapping, torn edges and label position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inspects individual reams for loose wrapping, torn edges and correctly position labels
- Insures paper reams continue moving toward the stacking machine
- Removes defective reams from production line
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required
- Production line inspection experience helpful but not required
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods with frequent light lifting
- Must be visually impaired, blind, or legally blind
